What Pathfind is.
Pathfind is an AI-powered coaching platform designed to help professionals think more clearly, make better decisions, and move forward on the things that matter to them.
It works by learning your context — your goals, your challenges, how you think, what gets in your way — and using that to power a personalised coaching experience delivered through conversation.
Your coach is an AI. It is not a human. It is powered by a large language model and shaped by the coaching style you chose during onboarding. It is designed to ask good questions, reflect things back to you, challenge your thinking, and help you take action.
Pathfind is a tool for growth-minded professionals who want structured, personalised support without the cost or logistics of traditional coaching.
What Pathfind is not.
Not Therapy
Pathfind is not a mental health service and does not provide therapy, counselling, or clinical support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Not a Human Coach
Your coach is an AI. It does not have lived experience, professional accreditation, or the judgment of a trained human coach. It is a powerful thinking tool — not a replacement for human expertise in high-stakes situations.
Not Medical Advice
Nothing on Pathfind constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If your situation requires professional expertise, please seek it.
Your data.
We collect only what we need to make coaching work. This includes the information you share during onboarding — your name, situation, goals, and challenges — and the content of your coaching sessions.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Your coaching profile and session history are stored securely. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings — no questions asked.
We use cookies for authentication and basic analytics (page views, feature usage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

How the AI works — and what it sees.
Pathfind uses the Anthropic Claude API to power your coaching sessions. When you send a message, your coaching profile and conversation history are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This is what allows your coach to remember context and respond personally.
Anthropic's data handling policies apply to this processing. We recommend reviewing them at anthropic.com/privacy if you want to understand how your data is handled at the model level.
We do not store your raw session transcripts on our servers beyond what is needed to maintain continuity between sessions. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data in transit and at rest.
Your sessions are private. No human at Pathfind reads your coaching conversations unless you explicitly share them with us for support purposes.
Terms of use.
By using Pathfind you agree to the following:
You are at least 18 years old. Pathfind is designed for adults and is not suitable for minors.
You will use Pathfind for lawful personal development purposes only. You will not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the platform.
You understand that Pathfind is an AI tool and not a licensed professional service. You take responsibility for decisions made as a result of using it.
Pathfind is provided on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
We reserve the right to update these terms. If we make material changes we will notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
